Privacy Policy

1. Scope
This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) describes how Highflyer Human Resources, LLC (“Highflyer,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and discloses information obtained through the website located at www.highflyerhr.com (the “Site”). This Policy does not apply to the isolved payroll and human capital management platform accessible at highflyerhr.myisolved.com, which is operated by isolved, Inc. and is governed by its own privacy policy, available at https://www.isolvedhcm.com/privacy-policy.
2. Information We Collect
(a) Information you provide. We collect information that you voluntarily submit through the Site, including (i) your name, email address, telephone number, and company name when you schedule a consultation, and (ii) company information, federal employer identification number, bank routing and account numbers, and uploaded documents when you submit the client onboarding form.
(b) Information collected automatically. When you access the Site, we and our service providers automatically collect information about your device and your use of the Site, including Internet Protocol (IP) address, approximate geographic location derived from IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URL, pages viewed, links clicked, and the date and time of access. This information is collected through cookies, pixels, and similar technologies. We also use a session replay service that records interactions with the Site, including mouse movement, scrolling, and clicks. The contents of form fields are masked in such recordings.
(c) Identifiers in our communications. Links contained in email and direct mail that we send may include a unique identifier. When you access the Site through such a link, we associate your Site activity, including prior activity from the same browser, with the recipient of that communication.
3. Use of Information
We use the information described in Section 2 to (a) operate, maintain, and improve the Site; (b) respond to inquiries and schedule and conduct consultations; (c) establish and administer payroll and related services for clients; (d) market our services, including through the advertising activities described in Section 4; and (e) comply with applicable law.
4. Advertising, Analytics, and Third-Party Collection
We use third-party advertising and analytics services, including those provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. (“Meta”) and Google LLC (“Google”). These third parties may use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to collect information about your use of the Site and of other websites over time, and may use that information to deliver advertisements for Highflyer on their platforms and to measure the effectiveness of those advertisements. We may also transmit information about your Site activity directly to Meta. Information regarding Google’s collection and use of data is available at https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
You may opt out of interest-based advertising from Meta at https://www.facebook.com/ads/preferences and from Google at https://adssettings.google.com. You may opt out of Google Analytics by installing the browser add-on available at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. You may also disable cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect the functionality of the Site.
5. Disclosure of Information
We disclose information to service providers that process it on our behalf for the purposes described in this Policy, including providers of analytics and session replay (PostHog, Inc.), scheduling (HubSpot, Inc.), form delivery (Formspree, Inc.), and advertising (Meta and Google). We may also disclose information where required by law or legal process, or where necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Highflyer or others. We do not sell personal information.
6. Do Not Track
The Site does not respond to “Do Not Track” signals transmitted by web browsers.
7. Access and Requests
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information that we hold about you by contacting us as set forth in Section 9. We will respond to such requests in accordance with applicable law.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may revise this Policy from time to time. Revisions will be posted on this page with an updated Effective Date. Your continued use of the Site following any revision constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
