Our story

Rooted in a Tradition of Service

Our story is influenced by a long tradition of entrepreneurship and customer service. Craig had the opportunity to work alongside and learn from Hans Sternberg, a respected Baton Rouge business leader whose family has owned and operated businesses for generations. Many in our community know the Sternberg family through Maison Blanche Department Stores and Starmount Life Insurance / AlwaysCare Benefits.

Those experiences helped reinforce a simple philosophy that remains at the heart of Highflyer today: take care of your clients, take care of your people, and build relationships that last.
